"Defining Our Legacy" // Pine View High Football Stadium
The mural on the East wall of the football stadium at Pine View High was painted in accordance with the school's 2014-15 school theme: "Defining Our Legacy." This mural is seen by many--students, faculty, parents, and the community--and stands as a reminder to everyone that we each have our own legacy that we carry with us from the past, are exemplifying in the present, and are creating for the future.
This mural was designed in Adobe Illustrator and was then traced onto the stadium wall using a projector. It was painted with acrylic paint. This project, from start to finish, took a little over two weeks to complete.

Girl's Locker Room // Pine View High School
A few years ago, I was approached by my basketball coach who asked me if I would be interested in painting a mural in the girl's varsity locker room. The mural would need to reflect some of the girl's sports programs at Pine View and showcase some motivational text, "Tradition Starts Today." This was my first mural that I had ever done so it was hard, but once it was complete, it had an impact on many for the better.
The design process for this mural was a challenge. It took many weeks in Adobe Illustrator to create a design that would work. Once the design was complete, it was drawn onto the wall using a projector. Then, painting could begin, which became the longest part of the process. It took about six months, off and on, to complete this mural.
